Defying Gravity

After 23 years my life is finally coming together.
It sucks that Chicago had to be my shocking epiphany.
I knew that I always wanted to help and better the lives of others.
Through education, research, and advancement.
I know now that I would like to conduct research and write books on my research.
Hopefully, this will help close that DAMN achievement gap and make the attainment for education easier.
I do want to teach for three years to, maybe Cultural diversity in the US.
I also want to travel the world doing educational field research and teaching.
For now I am trying not to wear too many hats and become a SUPER student.
Some things will have to be put to rest for now so that I can achieve what I want in life,
instead of trying to live and please the lives of others when they have no heaven or hell to place me in.
I'm tired of being cautious, I need to be courageous.
I may not get that Nobel Peace Prize, but dammit I am good enough for myself that I don't need one.

I-M-E

I see the best in ME,
When everyone else around only see's the worse in ME.
I am MINE and MINE is ME,
It doesn't matter what I did,
I only see ME for who I am.
I am in a place of no insecurities,
and I'M finally happy because I imagine ME.
It's been a while since I loved what I'VE seen in the mirror,
But now I'M loving what I see when the mirror looks at ME,
All because imagine ME.

Lekol

Wow. School is not my friend right now. But my education is. I dislike school, but I love my education. Don't let school get in the way of your education. Education 1st. (I dont' know how else to differentiate education and school, haha)

Ugh!

Mwen bezwen priyorite lavi m 'tankou kounye an. Mwen bezwen kòmanse mete Jozye premye, paske tout bagay sanble ap jwenn nan chemen an sa. Tan li yo delege epi soulaje kèk nan responsablite sa a epi kòmanse m 'kòmanse ak viv lavi a ki mwen vle genyen. Mwen .

In other words,

I need to prioritize my life like NOW. I need to start putting Joshua first because everything seems to be getting in the way of that. Its time to delegate and releive some of this responsibility and start doing me and start living the life that I want to have. I'm done.
